If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive a full reimbursement of your money, the return postage must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
If all of the item(s) are returned within this time-frame in the same condition as it was when shipped, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (return postage will not be refunded).
Packaging and Shipping
I personally guarantee that my paintings will be packaged sufficiently enough so that damage is prevented as best as it can be during transit. I package all my original art/limited edition prints myself in my studio with acid free plastic wrap and protected by high quality double-walled cardboard. I then box them into custom made boxes. I insure all original paintings so that if something were to ever happen to your painting in the mail I would refund your entire purchase or work with you to paint you a brand new painting!
Orders for original paintings are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Handling time for prints can vary a little, but typically is around 2-3 days. Most orders international orders as well as canvas print orders take about 2-3 weeks for delivery.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If the package is received damaged in the mail, photograph the package as it was received as well as the item itself. Email the photos to email@example.com along with a description of what is damaged. Your material will be reviewed and if it is determined that there was indeed a problem during shipping, your item will be replaced with no questions asked.

Your billing information is not actually received by anyone at braze.lt. Email addresses provided by customers may be used in the future by braze.lt notify them of special offers or new products and will never be shared with anyone.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, or directly from me, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse my site, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
How do you get my consent?
